About the Internship

Fear No Man is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Performance Marketing Intern to join our team in Noida. This is an on-site, hands-on internship where you’ll get practical exposure to digital advertising, campaign management, social media marketing, analytics, and growth marketing.

You’ll work closely with the marketing team to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize campaigns across digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a solid foundation in performance marketing and understand how brands acquire and convert customers online.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Help with campaign setup, audience targeting, ad creatives, budgets, and optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPM, conversions, CPA, and ROAS.
- Conduct basic market, competitor, audience, and keyword research.




- Assist in creating and testing different ad copies, creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and identify areas for improvement.
- Work with the creative and content teams to develop performance-focused ad creatives and copy.
- Assist with lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns.
