Position:Digital Marketing Specialist(Expert in Google Ads)

Experience: 1.5 to 3yrs

About the Role

We are looking for a Google Ads Expert with 1.5+ years of hands-on experience in managing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns, primarily for lead generation.

Around 70% of this role will involve practical Google Ads execution, optimization, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.

Key Requirements:

*Google Ads Must Have

- Hands-on experience with Search, Performance Max, Display & YouTube Ads.
- Robust keyword research, search intent & negative keyword management
- Campaign and ad-group structuring
- Ad copy creation and testing
- Bid & budget optimization
- Search Terms & Impression Share analysis
- Understanding of CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA & ROAS
- Campaign scaling and performance troubleshooting
- Lead quality and conversion optimization

Tracking & Analytics:

- Practical knowledge of GA4 & Google Tag Manager
- Google Ads conversion tracking
- Website/form lead tracking
- UTM tracking
- Excel / Google Sheets
- Campaign performance reporting

What You'll Do:

- Plan, launch and manage Google Ads campaigns
- Monitor and optimize campaigns regularly
- Identify and fix performance issues
- Reduce irrelevant traffic and improve lead quality
- Optimize keywords, bids,



budgets and targeting
- Analyse campaign data and provide actionable insights
- Scale successful campaigns while maintaining efficiency
- Coordinate with creative, website and sales teams

Preferred:

- Google Ads Certification
- B2B & high-ticket lead generation experience
- Multiple client account experience
- Basic Meta Ads knowledge
- CRM integration & lead tracking experience
- Looker Studio knowledge

Practical Expertise Expected:

You should be able to independently handle situations such as:

- High CPL / CPA
- Low-quality leads
- High clicks but low conversions
- Sudden performance drops
- Low Impression Share
- Tracking/conversion discrepancies
- Performance drops after budget increases
