About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Team Lead to lead our digital marketing activities and team. The candidate will be responsible for planning marketing strategies, managing campaigns, generating quality leads, analyzing performance, and ensuring timely execution of digital marketing activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media marketing, SEO, lead generation, analytics, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the digital marketing team and allocate tasks effectively.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage lead generation campaigns and improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Plan and manage social media marketing activities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop and oversee content and campaign strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and track KPIs such as CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions.
- Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with content creators, designers, video editors, sales teams, and other departments.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify new growth opportunities.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization.
- Guide, train, and mentor team members to improve performance.
- Ensure campaigns, content, and marketing activities are delivered on time.




- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, advertising platforms, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills
- 1+ year experience in Digital Marketing preffered, freshers with strong knowledge can also apply
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Good knowledge of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and Lead Generation.
- Experience in campaign optimization and performance analysis.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and conversion strategies.
- Experience managing and guiding a marketing team.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Robust communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
- Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking is an advantage.
- Experience with digital marketing agencies or multiple client accounts is preferred.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant Digital Marketing certifications are an added advantage.
