Salary: Up to 65,000 CTC

Experience: 3–5 Years in Digital Marketing

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days)

Timing: 11:00 AM – 07:30 PM (Day Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute 360 Digital Marketing strategies to strengthen online presence and achieve business objectives

Plan, manage and optimize SEO & SEM activities to improve website visibility, rankings and organic traffic

Manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, Video and Remarketing

Manage Meta Ads & Social Media Marketing across Facebook, Instagram and other relevant platforms

Develop and execute Content Marketing & Social Media strategies for brand awareness and engagement

Manage website, landing pages and overall digital presence for better traffic and conversions

Plan and execute Email Marketing, CRM & Marketing Automation campaigns

Drive quality leads, website traffic and conversions through various digital channels

Track and analyze performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager & Google Search Console

Conduct keyword research,



competitor analysis and SEO audits using SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

Monitor digital marketing metrics and prepare regular performance reports

Manage digital marketing budgets and optimize campaigns for better ROI and cost efficiency

Stay updated with digital marketing trends, AI tools, SEO updates and Google/Meta algorithm changes

Coordinate with Sales, Content, Design, Website/IT teams and external agencies

Requirements:

3–5 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing

Solid understanding of 360 Digital Marketing and ability to manage multiple digital channels

Good practical knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads & Social Media Marketing

Experience in Content Marketing, Email Marketing & Marketing Automation

Hands-on knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager & Google Search Console

Knowledge of SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar SEO tools

Understanding of website analytics, lead generation & conversion optimization

Strong analytical, creative and problem-solving skills

Good communication, coordination and team-handling skills

Candidates with B2B / Lead Generation experience will be preferred
