We are looking for a hands-on, result-oriented digital marketer who can independently manage our digital presence, generate high-quality B2B finance leads, and create professional visual content.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and regularly update the company website, including content, landing pages, SEO and lead-generation optimization.
- Plan and execute Google Ads, Meta Ads and other digital campaigns for Project Finance, Import LC, BG, Private Equity and other financial solutions.
- Develop strategies for generating high-value B2B leads, particularly for funding requirements of ₹10 Cr+ / ₹50 Cr+.
- Manage and grow LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Create professional images, banners, reels and videos for campaigns.
- Handle content creation, captions, creatives and campaign communication.
- Monitor and optimize CPL, CTR, conversion rates and lead quality.
- Coordinate with the Sales/CRM team to improve lead quality and conversions.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify new lead-generation opportunities.
- Prepare regular digital marketing and lead-generation performance reports.

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.




- Experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in finance, banking, NBFC, investment or professional services.
- Good knowledge of SEO, website management and landing-page optimization
- Hands-on experience with Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools
- Ability to independently create images, videos, reels and promotional creatives.
- Robust understanding of social media marketing and content strategy.
- Good analytical and campaign optimization skills.
- Excellent written communication skills.

Preferred Experience

Project Finance / Corporate Finance / Trade Finance / LC / BG / PE/VC / Business Funding.

Experience generating high-ticket B2B leads

Knowledge of CRM, WhatsApp marketing, email marketing and marketing automation.
