Job Summary

Diya Collection Boutique is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Intern to support our online marketing activities. The intern will work on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp marketing, content creation, reels, customer enquiries and digital promotions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and regularly update Instagram and Facebook pages.
- Create and post Reels, Stories, photos and promotional content.
- Assist in planning daily and weekly social media content.
- Write captions, hashtags and promotional descriptions.
- Support Instagram and Facebook marketing campaigns.
- Monitor post views, reach, engagement, followers and enquiries.
- Respond to customer enquiries through Instagram and WhatsApp.
- Follow up with customers and help generate enquiries and orders.
- Promote sarees, blouse designs, tailoring services and academy courses.
- Coordinate with the photography, tailoring and sales teams to collect content.
- Assist in creating posters and promotional creatives using Canva or similar tools.
- Research current social media trends, Reel ideas and fashion content.
- Maintain a simple record of social media performance and enquiries.
- Assist with online offers,



campaigns and local promotions.

Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of Instagram and Facebook.
- Interest in social media and digital marketing.
- Positive communication and writing skills.
- Creative thinking and content ideas.
- Basic Canva knowledge is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram Reels and video editing is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.

Eligibility
- Students or fresh graduates in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Media, Communications or related fields.
- Digital Marketing course/certification candidates are welcome.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Candidates from Madurai and nearby areas are preferred.
