Digital Graphic Designer – Fresher

- Compensation: Fresher Starting @ ₹10,000/pm. Up to 20% performance-based increment from the 7th month.

JOB OVERVIEW

- We are looking for a creative Digital Graphic Designer – Fresher to create graphics, images, social media creatives, website visuals and reels, with basic knowledge of Figma, UI/UX and modern frontend technologies.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Good understanding of Graphic Design and Digital Creative Design.

- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW and/or Canva.

- Basic knowledge of Figma and UI/UX design.

- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

- Basic knowledge of React.js / Next.js / Tailwind CSS is an advantage

- Basic knowledge of reels/video editing and short-form content creation

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Create professional graphics, images, banners, posters and promotional creatives.

- Design social media posts, templates and digital marketing creatives

- Create and edit reels, short videos and promotional content.

- Create basic UI/webpage layouts using Figma.

- Support basic frontend and webpage design when required.

- Learn and work with up-to-date web technologies and design tools.

SERVICE COMMITMENT

- Candidates will undergo a 6-month Training/Probation period.

- Submission of original 10th, 12th, and Degree/Provisional certificates is mandatory during the Training/Probation period.





- Employees must agree to a minimum service commitment of 11 months from the date of joining. Training cost reimbursement terms are applicable.
