Role & responsibilities

- Manages the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system and facilitate the uploading of videos, images, and files in all formats
- Maintains Metadata and Title update for all the assets in Veeva Vault Promo mats.
- Maintains Quality check in Reference links and annotations for all type of assets.
- Responsible for assigning metadata and tagging assets.
- Responsible for generation and maintaining of tags for key fields like Title, keyword, download file and other critical fields in the page.
- Generation of documents and reports for assets in DAM and Creates and manages keyword taxonomy and facilitate the uploading of the same into DAM.
- Strong hands-on experience with Widen DAM / Acquia DAM.
- 3+ years of experience working with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms.
- Strong understanding of DAM concepts,



asset lifecycle, metadata, taxonomy, and content governance.
- Experience managing large digital asset repositories.
- Experience with metadata schemas, tagging, controlled vocabularies, and taxonomies.
- Experience with DAM user/role/permission management.
- Experience with workflows, approvals, collections, portals, and asset distribution.
- Strong understanding of digital content operations.
- Good knowledge of image, video, document, and other digital asset formats.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
