Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Diagnostic Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of diagnostic services. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality, accuracy, efficiency, patient safety, and smooth coordination across laboratory and diagnostic departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations of diagnostic and laboratory services.

- Manage and coordinate diagnostic staff, technicians, and support teams.

- Ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality diagnostic reports.

- Monitor laboratory and diagnostic equipment, maintenance, and calibration.

- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, quality standards, and applicable regulations.

- Maintain proper documentation, records, and quality-control procedures.

- Coordinate with doctors, consultants, nursing teams, and hospital administration.

- Monitor department performance, turnaround time, and service quality.

- Handle patient and doctor queries related to diagnostic services.





- Manage inventory, consumables, and procurement requirements.

- Identify operational issues and implement corrective measures.

- Train, guide, and evaluate diagnostic staff.

- Prepare regular reports on department performance and operations.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or a relevant field.

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in diagnostic/laboratory operations or hospital management.

- Solid knowledge of diagnostic workflows and quality-control processes.

- Good leadership, communication, and team-management skills.

- Ability to coordinate multiple departments and manage daily operations efficiently.

- Knowledge of NABL/NABH standards will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
