About The Job:

- Seeking highly skilled DevOps / IaC SME with extensive experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Infrastructure Automation, Platform Engineering, and Open Source technologies.
- The ideal candidate will lead the design, implementation, automation, and optimization of cloud infrastructure and DevOps platforms using modern cloud-native and Infrastructure as Code practices.
- Candidate must be key learner, curious, and individual contributor and good team player.

Essential Job Functions:

- Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, and GitOps methodologies.
- Develop reusable IaC modules, landing zones, and self-service automation frameworks.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps.
- Design and manage enterprise-scale GCP environments & landing zone including networking, IAM, security, compute, containers, storage, and monitoring.
- Implement and support Kubernetes (GKE), Cloud Run, Cloud Run Functions, Docker, and cloud-native deployment patterns.
- Drive DevSecOps, compliance, security automation,



and policy-as-code initiatives.
- Lead troubleshooting, performance optimization, and operational automation efforts.
- Mentor engineering teams and conduct technical workshops and architecture reviews.
- Collaborate with architects, security teams, and operations teams to deliver robust cloud solutions through Automation.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, or SRE.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong expertise in:
- Terraform, Ansible, GKE, Cloud Run, Docker, GitOps, CI/CD Pipelines, Python / Shell Scripting.

- Experience implementing enterprise-scale automation and cloud modernization programs.
- Strong understanding of cloud security, IAM, networking, observability, Cost management, and reliability engineering.
- Experience with DevOps, and SRE practices.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
- Exposure to Platform Engineering and Internal Developer Platforms.

Certifications (Preferred)
- Google Professional Cloud Architect.
- Google Qualified Cloud DevOps Engineer.
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
- Terraform Associate.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering,



Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
