Key Responsibility Area

- Design and develop workflows using NITRO Studio.

- Automate business processes across different platforms.

- Identify and recommend process optimization enhancements.

- Retrieve and manipulate data using NITRO tools.

- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and manage expectations.

- Create and maintain detailed documentation for workflows and processes.

- Continuously evaluate and improve processes, systems, and solutions.

- Generate documents and maintain workflow logs.

- Assess potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions meeting business requirements.

- Provide leadership and support for special projects.

- Create visual models such as flowcharts and diagrams for process representation.

- Offer solutions for process optimization, automation, and control enhancements.

- Establish a centralized document repository for streamlined communication.

Eligibility Criteria

- Proven experience with NITRO Studio, SharePoint, and Office 365.

- Strong skills in process mapping and use of tools like MS Visio.

- Experience with project management software like Jira.





- Strong self-learning capabilities to learn new technologies quickly.

- Preferred to have Professional certifications related to Nitro Workflows automation

- Excellent attention to detail and high output accuracy.

- Leadership skills and ability to collaborate effectively with the team.

- Familiarity with workflow integration and data retrieval.

- Experience with document generation and workflow logging.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Experience with permissions management and access control.

- Robust understanding of IT systems, databases, and software development methodologies.

- Experience in articulating and translating business questions into analytical solutions.

- Comfortable with numerical and quantitative calculations and analysis.
