- Good Knowledge and working experience on Design Tool CREO, AutoCAD etc

- He shall be conversant with basic design rules with sheet metal fabrication and have hands-on workingexperience with CREO tool.

- To have competency and ability to work independently on the CREO for the assigned task.

- Good Knowledge and working experience on PLM system like Part Creation, Finalize BOM, Release thedesigned parts on the System, DFM process and Change Management etc

- Design and Development of the Control Panel, Power Panel, Motor Control Centre (MCC), Power ControlPanel (PCC) with CREO.

- Complete review of the developed parts on the Model from the fitment, accessibility point of view in long termperspective.

- Ensure first time right design.





- Positive communication and Correspondence ability in Oral and Written.

- Coordination with Cross Functional Team like Sourcing, Proto Assembly Team, Production and also with theSupplier/Manufacturer to speed up the development task.

- Review and immediate closure of the Proto Observations with short term and long term action.
