Job Summary

We are looking for a Design Engineer with experience in sheet metal design and development, preferably in the railway industry. The candidate will be responsible for designing, detailing and developing sheet metal components and assemblies as per customer and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop sheet metal components, assemblies and structures for railway applications.

- Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, BOMs and manufacturing drawings.

- Work on AutoCAD and SolidWorks/Creo.

- Interpret customer drawings and engineering specifications.

- Coordinate with production, quality and fabrication teams for design feasibility.

- Support new product development, design modifications and engineering changes.





- Ensure designs meet quality, dimensional and manufacturing requirements.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, welding and manufacturing processes.

- Good understanding of GD&T;, engineering drawings and tolerances.

- Experience in railway/heavy fabrication products will be preferred.

- Good problem-solving and design development skills.

- Min 4 Year Experience

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
