About The Ro le

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Design Engineer to join our team remotely on a full-time basis. This role involves developing and refining manufacturing designs for precision components utilizing FreeCAD. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical design, with the ability to translate technical specifications into detailed 3D models and comprehensive technical drawings suitable for manufacturing processes.

As part of our dynamic team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional departments, including production and engineering, to ensure that designs are both innovative and feasible for manufacturing.

Qualificat

Proficiency in FreeCAD for 3D modeling and parametric de
- sign.Solid understanding of mechanical design principles and manufacturing proce
- sses.Experience interpreting engineering drawings and technical specificat
- ions.Knowledge of GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) stand
- ards.Familiarity with various CAD file formats and data exchange protocols between sys
- tems.Solid problem-solving skills and attention to de
- tail.Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote set
- ting.Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field is prefe
rred.

- delines.Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance design processes and product

quality.
