Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Design Coordinator – PEB to join our Design & Engineering team. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating PEB structural design activities, drawings, calculations, technical requirements, and approvals across clients, consultants, design engineers, detailing teams, and project execution teams.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), structural steel design, drawings, detailing, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, structural engineers, and internal teams on design requirements.
- Review architectural, structural, fabrication, and other technical drawings and documents.
- Coordinate PEB design activities from project award through drawing approval and finalisation.
- Review and coordinate structural design calculations, GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and erection drawings.
- Coordinate with Design Engineers and Detailers to resolve technical and design-related issues.
- Monitor drawing submissions, revisions, comments, and approvals.
- Ensure design inputs and technical documents are submitted within project timelines.
- Coordinate with production, estimation, procurement, fabrication, and site/erection teams.
- Identify design discrepancies, clashes, and technical issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Ensure approved design changes are properly communicated and incorporated into drawings.
- Participate in technical discussions and meetings with clients, consultants,



and internal project teams.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, calculations, approvals, revisions, and technical correspondence.
- Support the Design Manager/Project Manager in meeting project timelines and quality requirements.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) systems and structural steel design.
- Understanding of primary framing, secondary framing, bracing systems, roof and wall panels, mezzanine structures, crane systems, connections, and base plates.
- Ability to read and interpret structural, architectural, fabrication, and erection drawings.
- Knowledge of structural design calculations and load requirements.
- Familiarity with applicable structural design codes such as IS, AISC, MBMA, and Eurocodes, as required by projects.
- Working knowledge of STAAD.Pro, Tekla Structures, and AutoCAD will be preferred.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Solid coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering from a recognised institution.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in PEB / Structural Steel Design & Engineering.
- Experience with a PEB manufacturer, fabricator, structural engineering company, or consultant will be preferred.
- Experience in coordinating client/consultant approvals and multiple projects will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
