Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Design Drafter with 4–5 years of relevant experience to prepare accurate technical drawings, layouts, shop drawings, and design documentation as per project requirements. The candidate should have strong knowledge of drafting software and the ability to understand and interpret technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings based on design and engineering requirements.
- Develop shop drawings, fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, and working drawings.
- Create, modify, and revise drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, sketches, specifications, and project requirements.
- Ensure all drawings are accurate with proper dimensions, measurements, and detailing.
- Coordinate with engineers, designers, production teams, and site teams.
- Make revisions to drawings based on engineering or site requirements.
- Maintain proper records and documentation of drawings and revisions.
- Ensure drawings comply with applicable design standards and project specifications.




- Assist the design and engineering team in resolving drawing-related issues.
- Manage multiple drawing assignments and ensure timely completion.
- Review drawings before submission to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Required Skills
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and technical drafting.
- Strong understanding of 2D and 3D drawings.
- Ability to read and understand engineering/design drawings.
- Good knowledge of dimensions, measurements, layouts, and drafting standards.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Knowledge of SolidWorks, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.

Qualification
- Diploma / ITI / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Civil, or a relevant technical field.
- Relevant qualified certification in drafting/design will be an added advantage.

Experience 4–5 years of relevant experience in Design Drafting / Technical Drafting.
