Experience: Mini. 1 Year in LAP, Mortgage, Home Loan, or Secured Lending sales

CTC: up to 4 LPA

Product: Retail Secured Loans

Channel: Direct, Connector & DSA

Key Responsibilities:

- Source housing loans through Direct, Connector, and DSA channels.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to loan disbursement.
- Acquire new customers and build a strong sourcing network.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, and technical teams for smooth processing.
- Ensure timely documentation and compliance.
- Achieve assigned business and disbursement targets.




- Maintain strong relationships with customers.

Candidate Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Preferred candidates from NBFCs and Small Finance Banks.
- Strong direct/field sales experience and local market knowledge.
- Valuable communication, sales, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to work in a field sales role.
