We arel ooking for an energetic, result-oriented and people-focused leader to join Policybazaar.com as a Deputy Zonal Manager and lead high-performing field sales teams across the Karnataka Zone

**? Role & Responsibilities

As a DZM

, you will be responsible for:

- Overs e eing zonal operations and driving sales performance• Leadin g, mentoring and supporting high-performing field sales teams• Monito ring productivity, performance metrics and achievement of targets• Conduc ting regular reviews with Assistant Zonal Managers, Senior Team Leaders and Team Leaders• Drivin g adherence to processes, compliance and regulatory requirements• Workin g closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations• Identi fying growth opportunities and implementing strategies to improve sales• Suppor ting training, coaching and development initiatives for team members• Prepar ing and analysing operational and performance reports to enable data-driven decision s

? What We’re Looking Fo< /p>r

✅ Proven experience in Insurance, Financial Services or related sectors,



preferably with exposure to zonal/regional operation s ✅ Strong leadership, people-management and mentoring capabilitie s ✅ Good understanding of sales processes, customer service and revenue-growth strategie s

✅ Strong analytical and decision-making skill s ✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilitie s ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management or a related discipline; postgraduate qualification is an advantag e

✅ Knowledge of insurance products, regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements is preferre d ✅ Willingness to work on-site and travel within the zone as require d ✅ Flexibility to work in a 6-day working model, including weekend<
