- Production Planning &
- Execution

- Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.

- Monitor production schedules and coordinate with PPC, SCM, Quality, and Maintenance teams.

- Optimize machine utilization, manpower allocation, and line balancing.

- Ensure smooth production flow and minimize bottlenecks.

- Drive adherence to customer delivery commitments.

- Operational Excellence

- Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, and Six Sigma initiatives.

- Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).

- Monitor and reduce cycle time, changeover time, and process losses.

- Establish and track key production KPIs.

- Lead productivity and cost reduction projects.

- Quality Management

- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements.

- Work closely with Quality Assurance teams to achieve zero-defect manufacturing.

- Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for production-related issues.





- Monitor first-pass yield, rejection, rework, and scrap reduction programs.

- Safety &

- Compliance

- Ensure adherence to EHS standards and statutory requirements.

- Promote a robust safety culture through regular audits and training.

- Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive actions.

- Ensure compliance with environmental and workplace regulations.

- Team Leadership &

- Development

- Lead and manage production supervisors, engineers, and operators.

- Conduct skill development and cross-functional training programs.

- Drive employee engagement and performance management.

- Foster a culture of accountability, discipline, and teamwork.

- Cost Management

- Monitor manufacturing costs and operational expenses.

- Drive initiatives for waste reduction and productivity improvement.

- Optimize consumption of raw materials, consumables, and utilities.

- Support budgeting and cost control activities.

- Maintenance Coordination

- Coordinate with Maintenance teams to ensure machine availability.

- Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

- Minimize production downtime through proactive actions.

- Customer &

- Audit Support

- Participate in customer visits and audits.

- Support internal, external, and certification audits.

- Ensure timely closure of audit findings and customer concerns.
