Most design roles hand you someone else's product to improve. This one hands you the next one to create. We build our own air purification and mosquito control products rather than badging somebody else's, so the person designing them decides what the customer holds, how it performs and what it costs us to make. If you have spent years detailing sub-assemblies inside a larger machine, this is the step up to owning a whole product.

You take our products from concept to production drawing. Airflow and enclosure design, filter and component selection, sheet metal and plastics detailing, prototypes and the changes that come out of testing. You will work closely with production, service and sales, because a design that cannot be built cleanly, serviced easily or sold at the right price is not finished.

What You Will Own

- Product development. Recent models and variants from brief through 3D modelling, detailing, prototype and production release.
- Drawings and documentation. 2D drawings, GA and fabrication drawings, BOMs, tolerances and revision control. AutoCAD plus 3D.
- Engineering the performance. Airflow paths, static pressure,



fan and filter selection, acoustics and thermal behaviour.
- Design for manufacture. Sheet metal, plastics and moulded parts. Design that suits our vendors and our production line.
- Prototyping and testing. Prototype builds, performance testing, failure analysis and design iterations that close real problems.
- Cost and vendors. Component sourcing with the purchase team, holding cost targets from the first drawing.

Who We Are Looking For

- 5 to 7 years in product, mechanical or industrial design of physical products.
- HVAC industry background is mandatory. Air handling, air conditioning, ventilation, filtration or allied equipment.
- Expert in AutoCAD and fluent in a 3D package such as SolidWorks, Creo, Fusion 360 or Inventor.
- Has taken at least one product from concept through to production, not only drawings for someone else's design.
- Practical about manufacturing. Knows what a vendor can actually make at the price you quoted.
- Gurgaon based or able to commute daily, and comfortable spending time on the shop floor.
