Compensation-75,000 to 80,000 per month

You own accounts end to end. Daily entries through monthly closing, direct tax and GST compliance, banking and trade finance documentation, and the payment support every other function depends on. Reporting directly to the founder, with auditors and consultants alongside you but nobody above you in the function.
What You Will Own
- The books. Daily entries, AR and AP, bank reconciliation, vendor and customer ledgers, collections follow-up.
- Tax and compliance. GST returns and filings, TDS, direct tax compliance and coordination with consultants and auditors.
- Trade finance. End-to-end LC and BG documentation, import and export payments, shipment paperwork and bank coordination.
- Payments across functions. Release vendor,
statutory and operational payments accurately and on time so sales, service and production never wait on finance.
- Closing and reporting. Monthly closing, balance sheet finalisation and clean reporting to the founder.
- Stock and systems. Physical stock verification against ERP, and keeping Tally, Zoho and ERP records reconciled.
Who We Are Looking For
- 5 to 8 years in accounts and finance, hands-on rather than supervisory.
- Strong practical experience with LC, BG, import and export payments and bank coordination.
This is essential, not a preference.
- Solid working knowledge of GST, TDS, direct tax and financial reporting.
- Robust Excel, and comfortable on Tally, Zoho and ERP systems.
- Accurate under time pressure, and willing to say no to a payment that is not in order.
- Gurgaon based or able to commute daily. Immediate joiners preferred.
