Key Accountability

- Plants/Site operational Excellence management.
- Plan, coordinate and control the daily operation of the business.
- Prepare the guidelines and SOPs for each area of operations & ensure implementation.
- Interact with regulatory agencies like PCBs and MOEF to obtain necessary approvals occasionally.
- Understand public-private partnership business models and address the issues in waste management.
- Handle labor unions well-versed with all statutory compliances and contract labor management.
- Minimize the operations downtime & maintain operations efficiency.
- Ensure implementation of SOPs in each area of operations.
