Leadership Role Overview We are looking for an experienced

Delivery Lead with strong

BFSI domain expertise and exposure to managing technology-driven projects and transformation initiatives . The role will be responsible for end-to-end delivery, client management, stakeholder engagement, and leading cross-functional technology teams.

Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery of technology projects and BFSI initiatives. Manage senior client and business stakeholders and ensure effective communication. Lead cross-functional teams and drive project execution, timelines, and quality. Manage risks, dependencies, escalations, and delivery governance. Work closely with technology and business teams to translate requirements into successful delivery. Drive continuous improvement and support strategic technology initiatives.

Key Requirements 15+ years of overall experience with strong





BFSI domain exposure . Proven experience in delivery/program/project management at a leadership level. Experience handling technology projects , digital transformation, or technology-enabled BFSI initiatives. Robust client-facing and stakeholder management experience. Experience managing large, cross-functional teams. Good understanding of BFSI processes such as

Banking, KYC, AML, Compliance, Payments, Lending, or Financial Services would be an advantage. Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Qualification MBA / Postgraduate degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance, Technology, or a related discipline is mandatory. Candidates must have a

Master's degree, preferably an MBA from a recognized institution.
