We are looking for an experienced Database Engineering Lead with strong expertise in enterprise database administration, production environments, performance optimization, security, and high-availability systems.

? Key Responsibilities

- Administer, monitor, maintain, and optimize enterprise database environments
- Ensure database availability, performance, security, backup, recovery, and DR readiness
- Troubleshoot complex database and production issues and drive root-cause analysis
- Collaborate with Application, Development, Infrastructure, and Production Support teams
- Support database deployments, migrations, upgrades, patching, and performance tuning
- Implement database monitoring, automation, capacity planning, and operational best practices
- Provide technical guidance for business-critical production systems
- Support high-availability environments and critical production incidents

? Technical Expertise

• Strong experience with Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and/or MySQL

• Hands-on experience with SQL Server Always On Availability Groups

• Strong knowledge of backup/recovery,



replication, HA & DR

- Database performance tuning, query optimization, indexing, and monitoring
- Experience with database migration, upgrades, validation, and cutover activities
- Database security, auditing, access management, encryption, and compliance

• Exposure to Linux and infrastructure administration

• Experience supporting high-volume OLTP production environments

? Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related discipline
- 10–15 years of relevant Database Administration / Engineering experience
- Robust troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to handle critical production issues in high-availability environments
