Job Summary

Harson Group is seeking a Data Scientist Intern to join our growing analytics and technology team. This internship provides an opportunity to work on real-world data projects, gain practical exposure to data science methodologies, and develop skills in data analysis, machine learning, and business intelligence.

The selected candidate will collaborate with experienced professionals and contribute to projects involving data collection, data preparation, predictive modeling, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets.
- Assist in developing machine learning and predictive analytics models.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns.
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations for business insights.
- Support data validation and quality assurance activities.
- Work with large datasets using analytical and statistical techniques.
- Document findings, methodologies, and project outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data-driven initiatives.
- Assist in automating data processing and reporting workflows.

Required Qualifications

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering,



or a related field.
- Fresher candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of data science concepts and statistical analysis.
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, or similar programming languages.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms.
- Experience with Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, or Matplotlib.
- Understanding of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Basic knowledge of database management concepts.
- Interest in Artificial Intelligence and predictive analytics.

Compensation

Stipend up to ₹36,000 per month, based on skills, qualifications, academic background, and interview performance.
