Key Responsibilities

- Curriculum & Teaching: Design and execute structured lesson plans suitable for different developmental stages, from basic motor skills for Class 1 to advanced choreography for Class 12.

- Style Diversity: Teach a mix of Indian classical, traditional folk, contemporary, and western/freestyle dance forms.

- Event Choreography: Lead choreography and training for school assemblies, annual days, cultural festivals, and inter-school competitions.

- Student Growth: Monitor student posture, rhythm, flexibility, and confidence, offering helpful, personalized feedback.

- Safety & Discipline: Maintain a safe,



inclusive studio workplace and supervise students carefully during rehearsals.

- Collaboration: Coordinate with music teachers, house wardens, and event committees for smooth school productions.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Dance, Performing Arts, or a related fine arts field.

- Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years of prior experience teaching children and young adults in an educational setting.

- Core Competencies: Strong command of multiple dance genres, excellent patience, great communication skills, and an inspiring mentoring style.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
