nDance Teacher Responsibilities:

nTeach children in the age group of 4 to 14 online.

nHumble nature with empathetic values to connect with the younger children.

nConducting creative activities and developing interactive classrooms.

nEnsure that students enjoy the course!

nEngage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals.

nEvaluate student performance and make recommendations for improvement.

nConduct Demo Sessions with students and ensure conversions.

nConduct group and private lessons as required.

nProvide a fun and creative environment.

nQualifications & Skills:

n✔️Strong subject knowledge.

n✔️Experience in teaching Dance.

n✔️Relevant working experience.

n✔️Positive English & Hindi Communication Skills.

n✔️Must have experience in teaching children (Mandatory).

nTechnical Requirements:

nA properly functioning laptop/desktop with a strong internet connection.

nReliable power backup to ensure uninterrupted sessions.

nWork Schedule:





n⏰ 6 Days a week.

n⏰ Available to work 4, 6, or 8 hours a day, with weekend availability.

n⏰Comfortable working in US/UAE time zones (for global learners).

nSalary structure is as follows;

nSalary Standard for 3 AM - 7 AM

n

n1-25 Sessions : Rs. 200/- per session + Rs. 100 /- per demo

n25-60 Sessions: Rs. 250/- per session + Rs.125/- per demo

n61- 80 Sessions: Rs. 300/- per session + Rs.150/- per demo

n81 & above Session: Rs. 350/- per session + Rs. 175/- per demo

nYou are also eligible for minimum pay guarantee

nMonth 1: 6000 INR

nMonth 2: 12000 INR

nMonth 3 and onwards: 18000 INR

nSalary structure is as follows for 7PM - 11PM

nSalary Standard for normal hrs 7 PM - 9 PM

n1-25 Sessions : Rs.125/- per session + Rs. 75 /- per demo

n26-60 Sessions: Rs.150/- per session + Rs.100/- per demo

n61- 80 Sessions: Rs.200/- per session + Rs.125/- per demo

n81 & above Session: Rs. 250/- per session + Rs. 150/- per demo

nSalary Standard for Late Night hours 9pm - 11pm

n

n1-25 Sessions : Rs.165/- per session + Rs. 80 /- per demo

n26-60 Sessions: Rs.200/- per session + Rs.100/- per demo

n61- 80 Sessions: Rs.250/- per session + Rs.125/- per demo

n81 & above Session: Rs. 300/- per session + Rs. 150/- per demo

nYou are also eligible for minimum pay guarantee for 4 hrs/ day
