We are hiring for “Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations” role based at Noida.

Key Responsibilities :

Within the Group's evolving Information Systems Department, you join a multi-cultural team working on major projects of international scope and in a context of merger.

As a business application support for the ERPs of the Group, you are a true referent for the Business teams on Microsoft D365 ERP, Microsoft AX 2009 ERP and other business applications.

You will work with IT entities for business units placed from America to Asia, through Europe.

I. -

- Provide daily Functional support and maintenance for the MS AX 2009 and MS D356 F&O; system, with focus on Finance stream
- Managing incident tickets and requests and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date.
- Identifying and resolving technical issues.
- Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures.
- Assisting with systems integrations.




- Participating to return of experience based on support provided and developing long term and robust solutions
- Turn towards integration to ensure accurate end to end process
- Supporting ERP implementations on AX D365 by training key-users, participating in UAT tests and Hypercare phase.
- Assisting with systems integrations.

II. Required profile - You have proven experience with:

Microsoft D365 ERP for at least 2+ years.

Significant experience in accounting, AP/AR area, fixed assets, payments, inventory and controlling

Strong understanding of financial processes, including accounting, payments, and procurement workflows

Absolutely working on several AX2009 and D365 modules according to the functional scope described

Ability to work on complex architecture and interfaces landscape workflows, connection with Kyriba, Finance interfaces, etc…

Valuable verbal and written communication skills.

Business process-oriented mindset.

Fluent English.
