What we're looking for

- 10 years of Cybersecurity experience
- Strong VAPT & Penetration Testing
- Web, API, Mobile & Network Security
- Red Teaming & Ethical Hacking
- SOC, SIEM & Incident Response
- Cloud Security — AWS/Azure/GCP
- Security Research & Vulnerability Assessment
- CTF participation CTF design/management
- CEH required; OSCP/OSCE/OSEP/CREST/CISSP is a plus
- Strong communication and teaching skills

Key Responsibilities
- Lead cybersecurity programs across colleges and institutions
- Conduct and explain VAPT, Pentesting, SOC & Cybersecurity sessions
- Design and conduct CTFs from beginner to advanced level
- Build practical cybersecurity labs and challenges
- Train,



mentor and evaluate students
- Conduct workshops and speak confidently on stage
- Handle live technical problems during events
- Lead ISECNET's cybersecurity team and technical direction
- Develop security methodologies, tools and training programs
- Represent ISECNET in technical discussions and client engagements

We don't want a CTO who only manages. We want someone who can BUILD, BREAK, TEACH, SOLVE and LEAD.

Ideal candidate A cybersecurity skilled who combines deep technical skills leadership teaching CTF/ethical-hacking experience excellent communication.
