nLearner Engagement & Coaching

n

n
- Deliver sessions with high learner interactivity , labs, quizzes, and recap strategies.
n
- Provide tailored coaching for certification readiness, career planning , and resume/interview preparation .
n
- Offer post-training support through Q&A; forums, project guidance, and lab access.
n

nThreat Intelligence & Incident Response Education

n

n
- Demonstrate the use of SIEM tools (Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar,



ELK) in log correlation, threat detection , and alert tuning .
n
- Guide learners through incident response steps from detection to recovery .
n
- Cover integration of threat intel feeds , IOC/IOA analysis, and MITRE ATT&CK; mapping .
n

nMust have skills :

n

n
- 3+ years in cybersecurity, including roles in architecture, penetration testing, blue/red teaming, and cloud security.
n
- Proven trainer/mentor with exceptional presentation, articulation, and learner engagement abilities.
n
- Robust experience with:
n
- SIEM platforms ( XDR, Sentinel, Qradar, Splunk ELK Stack)
