Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Voice Process Executive located in Gurugram, with a salary up to 28k depending on experience and skills.

The Voice Process

Executive will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide accurate information about products or services. The role includes resolving issues, recording interactions, and following standard procedures to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The individual will be expected to meet performance targets, maintain quality standards,



and collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes.

The position requires adherence to company policies, timely reporting, and a professional approach in all customer interactions.

Qualifications

- Robust Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to converse clearly and confidently over the phone.
- Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills, focused on resolving queries and maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Analytical Skills to understand customer issues, interpret information, and provide suitable solutions.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace, manage time effectively, and handle multiple calls and tasks.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with call center software and CRM tools.
- Prior experience in voice process, BPO, or customer contact center roles preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum higher secondary education; a diploma or degree in any field is beneficial.
