Location: Gurgaon / Bengaluru Experience: 1–3 Years Level: Associate Key Skills • SOC 2 – Mandatory • SOX / IT Compliance • ISO / NIST • HITRUST – Good to have • IT Audit & Controls Testing • Cybersecurity & Risk Compliance Roles & Responsibilities • Work with clients to understand their IT setting, business processes, risks and controls .

- Assist in planning and executing SOC 2, SOX and IT control assessments .
- Perform control testing across IT, network and application environments .




- Review processes and controls against applicable industry frameworks and identify gaps.
- Prepare test cases, audit workpapers and supporting documentation.
- Assist in identifying risks and providing recommendations for process and control improvements.
- Support assessments related to ITGC, application controls, cybersecurity and third-party risk .
- Prepare clear audit reports and executive summaries.
- Collaborate with clients and internal Risk Advisory / Cybersecurity teams.
- Manage assigned tasks and ensure timely, quality delivery.
