Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats & emails from customers
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
- Maintain customer satisfaction and build long-term relations
- Update customer details in CRM accurately
- Follow company processes and compliance guidelines
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Requirements
- Graduate in any stream (Undergraduates with valuable comms can apply)
- Excellent English communication - Verbal & Written
- Basic computer knowledge & typing skills
- Willing to work in rotational shifts / WFO
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
- 1 year international voice experience is preferred.
- However we can consider any voice/ blended experienced candidates
- extremely excellent comms
- 24/7 shift , 5 days working
- Both side cabs provided
Pay: ₹10,555.24 - ₹34,636.91 per month
