Customer Support Manager - Post Sales Support.
- Min 4 - 6 Yrs in Customer Relations or Support
- Have to Lead and Managing Teams
- To develop Customer Service Strategies
- To Analyse Customer Feedback
- Work with other departments (sales, marketing, product) to improve the overall customer experience and ensure alignment on customer-centric strategies.
- Should have good experience with tools like Freshdesk/Zoho Desk, and the ability to handle escalations, returns, delays, and customer dissatisfaction professionally.
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Manage the customer service department budget effectively.
- Hindi Speaking is an Added Advantage
Note: Workdays: Monday to Saturday Job Type: Full time
