About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and articulate Customer Support Representative to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing timely resolutions, and maintaining accurate records using basic spreadsheet tools.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally via phone, chat, or email Address customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely and courteous manner Maintain and update customer data, logs, and reports using Google Sheets Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth query resolution Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory closure of issues Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and escalate unresolved issues when necessary

Required Skills & Qualifications

Communication

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both

Hindi and English Technical





Basic working knowledge of

Google Sheets

(data entry, basic formulas, updating records) Experience:
