We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a Premium International Voice Process.

Eligibility:

0-1 year of experience in customer support or a similar role; freshers with solid communication skills are welcome.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset.-

Computer skills, including basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.

High school diploma/Under Graduates/Graduates welcome to apply

Role & responsibilities

*Handle inbound customer interactions, resolve queries on first contact, escalate issues, maintain CRM records,



and meet quality and productivity targets

- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth resolution of customer and order-related issues.
- Identify recurring customer issues and work with the operations team to improve processes.

*Empathetic, patient, and a good listener.-
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage irate customers professionally.-

*A team player with a genuine desire to help people.
