We are hiring Customer Support Executives for Voice and Semi-Voice processes in Chennai. Freshers are highly preferred. Candidates with good communication and customer-handling skills are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain professional and positive customer interactions.
- Follow company processes and quality standards.
- Escalate customer issues whenever required.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions.

Eligibility & Requirements:
- Freshers are highly preferred.




- Positive Tamil communication skills.
- Candidates with Tamil / Malayalam and Telugu communication skills can apply.
- Average to good English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Comfortable working from the office.

- Shift: General / Day Shift
- Week Off: Rotational Week Off
