Cab Facility: Not Available Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Customer Support Executive with excellent communication skills to handle customer queries through inbound calls and chat support . Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions through inbound calls and chat. Maintain skilled and courteous communication with customers.

Resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Follow company processes and service standards.

Requirements Fluent English communication is mandatory. Good verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable handling both inbound calls and chat support . Customer-focused approach with good problem-solving skills. Prior customer support/BPO experience will be preferred.
