nHyre is recruiting for a Customer Support Associate on behalf of one of our clients.

nWe are looking for someone who is customer-focused, responsive, and comfortable communicating clearly through email and chat. You will be responsible for helping customers with questions, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring they have a positive experience throughout every interaction.

nThis is a fully remote role based in India.

nWhat You’ll Do

n

- Respond to customer inquiries through email and live chat
n
- Understand customer issues and provide clear, accurate solutions
n
- Troubleshoot common problems and escalate more complex cases when necessary
n
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved
n
- Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and support activity
n
- Work closely with internal teams to identify recurring customer issues
n
- Help improve support processes, FAQs, and internal documentation
n




- Deliver a consistently professional and helpful customer experience

nWhat We’re Looking For

n
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or a similar role
n
- Solid written English communication skills
n
- Experience handling customers through email and chat
n
- Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically
n
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
n
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
n
- Able to manage multiple customer conversations and priorities
n
- Familiarity with customer support or ticketing platforms is a plus
