Role & responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

- Analyze and coordinate global supply chain activities for clients
- Manage customer requirements, firm orders, and forecasted demand
- Coordinate and support conference calls and meetings to drive customer satisfaction
- Manage global suppliers to ensure orders are processed promptly and support S&Vs;' inventory objectives
- Work in our ERP system, Microsoft Business Central
- Load customer requirements, POs, and forecasts
- Plan material/place purchase orders with suppliers/expedite orders where necessary




- Create shipping documentation and work with warehouse services to ensure timely delivery to customers
- Analyze inventory and safety stock levels
- Contribute ideas and implement actions that support a culture of continuous improvement
- Communicate clearly and effectively to all stakeholders, customers, suppliers, colleagues, and service providers
- Consol point loading
- Posting
- Supplier OOR management/update
- MRP activities
- Preparing shipments

Preferred candidate profile At least 2-3 years of experience in some manner of any of the following - manufacturing/logistics business functions with responsibilities in customer service/purchasing/scheduling/customs or other related area.
