Urgent requirement a Customer Service Associates
Qualification : any Graduate, valuable communication skill in English, sound knowledge of computer - MS Word , MS Excel, Internet and Email
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and delivery status.
- Follow up on customer requests, quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions
