Position: Customer Service Executive – Back Office

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Company: UAE-Based Freight Forwarding & Logistics Company

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive to join our back-office operations team in Kochi.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service within the freight forwarding / logistics / 3PL industry
- Experience working with a UAE-based 3PL freight forwarder/ logistics company is required
- Fluent English communication skills – mandatory
- Hindi – preferred
- Valuable knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics operations-UAE /International
- Strong customer handling and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, overseas agents, operations and internal teams
- Good computer and email communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer requirements

Salary Starting Salary: INR 20,000 per month





Salary increment will be reviewed after 3 months based on performance and suitability for the role.
