Location: Pune.

Experience: 1–2 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email and chat.
- Provide accurate product information and customer support.
- Process customer orders and track deliveries.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order execution.
- Maintain customer records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized and work effectively in a team.
