Next Level Designs & Infra is looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM / Customer Relationship Manager to manage client relationships for our complete home interior projects.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customers from the initial enquiry and site visit through design discussions, quotation, order confirmation, execution coordination, and final project handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries and maintain regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, preferences and expected project timelines.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Design, Estimation, Production and Site Execution teams to ensure smooth project progress.

Suitable Candidate





- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, Customer Relationship Management, Sales Coordination, Interior Design, Real Estate, Home Interiors or related industries.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and WhatsApp.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
