Role Description Hiring: CRM Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced and responsible CRM Team Leader to manage our CRM team, monitor customer calls, and ensure smooth day-to-day team operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the CRM/telecalling team.
- Monitor and review team members' calls to ensure quality and professionalism.
- Track daily team performance, targets, and productivity.
- Provide regular feedback, coaching, and guidance to team members.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues effectively.




- Conduct regular performance reviews and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly performance reports.
- Train and support new team members.
- Ensure proper follow-up with customers and maintain good customer relationships.
- Coordinate with management and provide regular updates on team performance.
- Ensure adherence to company processes and CRM guidelines.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in CRM, Customer Service, Telecalling, or Team Handling**.
- Previous experience in managing or leading a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong call monitoring and quality-assessment skills.
- Ability to handle customer escalations professionally.
- Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
