Customer Relationship Executive
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer interactions, handle queries, follow up with clients, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
- Follow up with customers and resolve issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely support.
- Maintain customer records and provide regular updates.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer-focused and positive attitude.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
