- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and relationship management.
- Coordinate with clients throughout the sales and booking process.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers.
- Support the sales team in achieving project targets.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer service.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in real estate/building construction is preferred.
- Customer-oriented approach with good follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Pay: ₹15,086.00 - ₹22,913.48 per month
