We are looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-focused Customer Relations Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and social media

- Assist customers with product information and enquiries

- Follow up with potential customers and help convert enquiries into sales

- Provide order-related and after-sales support

- Maintain customer records and follow-up details

- Build and maintain positive customer relationships

- Coordinate with the team for smooth order processing

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Fluent in Malayalam and English

- Friendly, patient, and qualified approach

- Basic computer and WhatsApp handling skills

- Ability to communicate confidently with customers

- Previous experience in customer service, telesales, or customer relations is an advantage

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
