Learning Routes is hiring Sales Associates

Location: Mumbai, Noida, Gurugram, Bangalore

Experience: 0–3 Years

Education: Graduation/Post Graduation

Salary: ₹27,000–₹30,000/month

Work Mode: Work from Office

Working Days: Monday–Saturday

Timings: 10 AM–7 PM

Key Responsibilities:

- Connect with working professionals and understand their career goals
- Explain suitable management programs
- Follow up with leads and drive conversions
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective candidates

What we’re looking for:

- Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
- Valuable convincing and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Passion for sales
