Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to handle customer enquiries, maintain relationships, understand customer requirements, and support sales activities in the marble and building-materials industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Understand customer requirements regarding marble, tiles, and related products.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and availability.
- Coordinate with the sales team for quotations and orders.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries and pending orders.
- Maintain customer databases and records.




- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers.
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Required Skills
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of marble, tiles, or building materials preferred.
- Sales coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good convincing ability.
- Basic MS Office/Excel knowledge.
- Professional and customer-friendly approach.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
